Perhaps the Marvel Cinematic Universe is more than just a thrill ride.
Walsh thinks we enjoy the story because of its reflection on failure and loss.
Do you fantasize about what an ultimate victory in the universe?
What could/should it look like?
Where does our longing for justice and purpose come from?
Why do we hope for hope even when we’re hopeless?
Walsh sees the victory of End Game evoking the “already and not yet” quality found in the biblical narrative. Come and find out why. Bring your thoughts, friends, and questions!
